Accurate Directional Survey has developed a core orientation system that utilizes two electronic multiple shot tools in a single pressure barrel. The tools are aligned with an orientation battery plug attached to the bottom survey instrument and T-bar attached to the upper survey instrument. This system insures a good orientation survey. Accurate has also incorporated a lithium battery pack that consists of four lithium batteries, stacked two batteries on top of two batteries, in series parallel. The battery pack will power the tool for more than 100 hours running at one minute survey intervals. The battery pack is available in 85°C (185°F) and 150°C (302°F) maximum temperature ratings. Utilizing the 150°C battery pack, this system can be run in temperatures up to 250°F without a heat shield
